I'm gonna ask a REALLY dumb question but which mold did he use for Warpath? I'm sure it's G2.....

 

G2 Dreadwing (1994)
Later Repainted for BW11 as BB (1998)
then repainted as Dreadwind in RiD (2003)
Then finally repainted as Gigant Bomb for Robotmasters (2004)

 

You almost made me want to buy Thunderblast(or whatever she's called)  

 

Am I the only one that thinks Thunderblast has a Matrix on her chest?

 

I thought that while I was working on it, too.... I just haven't figured out what character to use to incorporate that.

Only people aware of the New Gods/Fourth World stuff would get this. Or those who watched much of JLU. Strangely the head on Primus now looks kinda like Longrack. I guess that's another idea for a digibash for next time....

Wow... I'm loving some of these. Like everyone else, I have to say Powerglide and Warpath are great. The Soundwave is nice too... it just works well.

I also like the Predacons quite a bit... a different take, but a good one. But have you considered swapping Headstrong and Tantrum? It just seems to make more sense to me. Rhino=Triceratops... even has the horn on his head in robot mode... also Stegosaurus doesn't hit stuff with his head, so the name Headstrong doesn't have the same ring as Tantrum. Just a thought.

(and I have to say it... that Shockwave is just so CUTE!)

It's the G2 Dreadwing/BW2 BB/RiD Dreadwind/Robot Masters Gigant Bomb figure. I'd guess that if you want to try to make it look like the digibash you'd have to make some modifications to the head.

The G2 and RiD versions often turn up in Ebay lots, though not always in great shape. You can still buy the (korean) BW2 black version new from some online sellers. I have the RID and BW2 versions, and I love them (they come in a set with the smaller figure used for Powerglide). Nice set!

Yeah, while working on that I kept debating over whether which of those two should be Tantrum and Headstrong. I forgot the reason why I ended up choosing the ones I did... Probably some weird reasoning like how Bazooka/Slapper mold looked more vicious or something.

In any case, the colour schemes really suit them both well.

I was bored today, and decided to see what i could do to the Leader Class sized movie Optimus Prime, and I accidentally came up with this. I was messing around with the hue/saturation function, and landed upon this. I think it's pretty funny. What do you guys think?
