Hey guys, so here is my repaint of the BIS Rodimus. I changed his spoiler to a glossy orange (reminds me of animated rodimus), then repainted the windows a darker blue, and made the tires black. Finally added the repo label stickers-finally you got an updated rodimus. Note the flames on the sides, used an exact o knife to remove the excess dark red around the flames. Let me know what you guys think, he is one of my first repaint/mods.

*update* Here are some pics with the protector armor on, just got it yesterday in the mail.

I think it looks great. I wish they would've sold him like this. I'd consider picking up the set. Good work.

Thanks Xkcer, I really do like him a lot better this way. That yellow on the spoiler and the baby blue windows had to go.

Turned out really good, I'm picking up a second set to pretty much do the same thing you've done, with one exception, I'm replacing his solid color windows with actual clear blue windows, pretty much figured out how to do it and will post a tutorial on it once done for anyone that want's to attempt it on the BIS Rodimus.

    Again, your's turned out amazing.

Nice touch ups! I recently stripped the paint off a cartoon rodimus (classics) and found that it was the same orange-dyed plastic wing that came with the classics roddy that they just sprayed some thick paint over. No good if you ask me. Yours on the other hand is nice man :D

I think I read that somebody tried doing that with some rubbing alcohol, but the windows are cast in a red plastic, like the toy-not blue.

With the tires I rubbed them down with fast orange, then used a black permanent sharpe marker. I just peeled the stupid reveal the shield sticker off and put the repo label sticker on.
