I bought the BIS Rodimus v. Cyclonus two-pack, first thing I realized was that the left arm ball was too small for the socket. I already tried to use clear nail polish to build it but it just chipped off. I need help, Any ideas?

The quality control on this set is hit or miss. I recommend returning it and replacing it.

    Krazy Glue > Nail Polish.

Modeling cement > both glue and nail polish.

My BiS Rodimus didn't have any issues though.

I'd also make sure you let it dry, and then reapply, and then dry again (2 coats)

I'd do one layer and then test fit. Too much and you will crack the socket. You can always add to it. But yea, be sure to let dry completely before doing this.

I've tried that and it just scratched off over time.

    Yeah, I heard

    I'm not sure about that

    I did do that.

Hmm, I'll have to take a look at that

    That sounds good

Yeah, I always brush on the Krazy Glue, insert the ball into the socket, wiggle it all around, and pop it back out. Let it dry before reassembling.
