I should mentione, take care with that left arm. Mine has stress marks in the socket, outside the arm- where the balljoint is attached. And on the elbow joint. Is there some sort of gypsy curse on hot rods at the moment?

I have the exact same problem, the ball joint's just big enough that it doesn't pop in correctly.

The socket that held the ball joint in place cracked on mine. Just a little bit. I did sand down the ball joint and I have to say it's tight! Try sanding it, it works. Also, if you don't have any clear nail polish, you could use the method I use, which is put a tiny bit of super glue on the tip of a toothpick and rub it around the ball joint. Let it completely dry before putting it back into the socket.
    Hope this helps.

my BIS Roddy's Left arm also tends to pop-out in transformation, I haven't noticed any Stress marks or cracking though. But since I tend to leave him as a car it seems fine.

Mine has the loose left arm problem. It also has a very loose windsheild that flops arournd. I am going to try tightening the screw and see if it helps.

The whole set is very cheap feeling imo. My cyclonus is missing paint apps and doesnt seem to transform aswell as the first universe version.
