Best you could do is try to find the actual RC truck they based it off of.

i would actually like a wheelie that didn't suck as bad as the deluxe version. he was my wife's favorite character in the movie, but she knew I wouldn't want him when she saw how crappy it was

 

Do you think Deluxe Wheelie is THAT bad or do you think everyone slams him because he & Chromia might have been the biggest shelf warmers of 09 and everyone is just sick of seeing a wall of blue truck robots when they're hoping to see a pink & white ice cream truck?
