Had a Blitzwing reissue sitting in my Pile of Loot for a while last year, but when I had it all shipped, I got an email letting me know that there was no Blitzwing due to an inventory error. I was a little hot about it, since at this point, the reissues were going for MUCH more than I'd paid for him. Not too crabby, 'cause these things happen, but enough to send an email letting them know I was a dissapointed customer. Joel responded by putting him back on my pre-orders for the price I originally paid, and holding that pre-order until one came in. It took a while, but he just showed up in my current Pile. It's just one more reason for me to continue to give all my business to them. Well, except for MP-05. But that's nothing personal.
