Had a Blitzwing reissue sitting in my Pile of Loot for a while last year, but when I had it all shipped, I got an email letting me know that there was no Blitzwing due to an inventory error.

I was a little hot about it, since at this point, the reissues were going for MUCH more than I'd paid for him. Not too crabby, 'cause these things happen, but enough to send an email letting them know I was a dissapointed customer.

Joel responded by putting him back on my pre-orders for the price I originally paid, and holding that pre-order until one came in. It took a while, but he just showed up in my current Pile.

It's just one more reason for me to continue to give all my business to them.

I've had nothing but godd service from BBTS. IF I want something from across the pond that's normally where I go now.

 

Yeah, I've been getting a fair chunk of my US TFs from BBTS lately. I've got the whole of Classics through them.

 

Yeah, cool shop, pile of the loot is fantastic.

What I don't like is the mark-up many US figures get. I can understand a rare japanese or botcon exclusive, but not the average titanium or Cybertron figure...

 

BBTS is normally my first stop for American toys. They are bit pricier than some other sites, but the service is exceptional.

 

I've done the same for classics, although I ended up canceling most of the second wave (Jetfire, Grimlock, Cliffjumper, Ramjet and Mirage) as I found them cheaper in the UK. The great thing about it is that I CAN cancel item in my pile of loot and get the store credit to use on something else later.

 

I've never had any problems with BBTS, other than the one time I got a package meant for another person. I contacted them, they e-mailed me a postage paid mailing label to the correct person and that was that.

 

Yup; Joel's a star, and no doubt about it.

 

I order from BBTS and TFSource mostly, but BBTS got majority of the business. Their customer service is exceptional.

 

I'll add that every transaction I've had with BBTS has been good.

... but since moving to Wisconsin, I'm a little bummed they have to charge me sales tax!
