So, it's the 25th Anniversary, there is live action movie coming out that is probably going to be HUGE, and Cartoon Network cancels the best TF cartoon in a decade.

I would have been happier had Prime died. Nostalgia. Or Sentinel. He pisses me off.

 

I could accept this if S3 was more than just, what, 13 episodes? There's so much potential and 13 eps is just not going to be enough. What a crappy end for my day. I just hope all the new toys will reach Scandinavia in time.

I... I still keep drawing them just to show I still care, whether they end the series or not... :'(

BUT I noticed a lot of negative reaction to more cybertronian vehicles in ROTF. Transtech is all cybertronian if you are looking at the comic.

I wonder if this is the right direction?


How about a Classics/Universe based show?

 

Well I guess that's just brimming on the number of episodes necessary for syndication.

I have the dvd sets and all of the activators, deluxes, voyagers, and leaders thus far. I'd say its a great run.
Very Successful with kids. Though some collectors still can't get over the aesthetic.

Hope for a classic verse/25th aniv. series to follow instead of a movie cartoon.

 

I know I am going to sound like a whiny bitch here, but I'm done after that! No more collecting I think that animated has hit the closest to home than any of the series. I know this will backlash on me too but I think I may even have liked this one more. Now that I am older and do it to collect it hit me in the heart and reminded me of my childhood   so I guess fun while it lasted and can't wait for season 3 and the animated botcon figures to arrive.

 

If the toy line ends with the cartoon, this has got to be one of the most short lived runs for TFs as far as main line toys go right?

 

Is there any news on when Season 3 starts?

 

You know we could all hope for a Transformers Animated The Movie following Season 3. If done in the spirit of the 86 movie, it could potentially kick the crap out of a 4th season. Please let there be an animated movie, please let there be an animated movie, please, oh please, oh please ...

 

My mood is shot before work now. It's so ironic. At first most of us (Including me) bitched and whined about the design and hoped it would end soon, then it became a hit with many of us, and to me is the best thing since Beast Wars, and now it comes to an end and we don't want to see it go. A sad day.

If this is the end, then I say... BRING ON TRANSTECH DAMNIT!!!

 

Short by episode count and calendar year, yeah. I think only RiD spent less time on the air, and only Beast Machines had fewer total episodes.

Also, Transtech will never happen. It's a sequel to a series cancelled nearly a decade ago.

ok i understand most shows come to an end but damn this one was quick, if its gonna end so be it but atleast give us an animated omega supreme toy before you go.....i love the animated toy line hate to see that go...im sure my fiance will be happy though since it will put money back in my wallet, thanks for nothing hasbro

 

I certainly hope that everything that was slated to be made into a toy makes it out (unlike the insufferable torment I had to go through with the unreleased Sigma 6 stuff) and that the ending has closure.
