Mods feel free to move this if I placed it in the wrong Place.
I have found Master Grade gundams at Big Lots. Figure I would let everyone who collects transformers and gundams know as they are only $4. They only have the 2 pictured below at my store.so if anyone finds one thats different and needs one of these let me know. sorry for the bad pic.

I have that RX-78 kit. It is a damn nice model kit. All the major gear save the Gundam Hammer and a transforming Core Fighter that can be placed inside the Gundam's abdomen. Well worth more than $4. :thumbs2:

Big Lots sounds like a really, really nice retailer. Chaos Muffin picked up some SD Gundam sets for me there a while ago.

I hope they will do a very good business and open some branches down this way :D

Gundam was probably one of the best giant robot anime shows ever. It spawned many sequels and alternate Universes. A must watch.

Ehh..not so much. I'd compare some of the better finds by people on the board akin to finding a $50 bill on the street...in Baghdad.

I have a Big Lot about a mile from my home but I never go there. Maybe it's time I pay them a visit.

    G1 jetfire. *cough* :D

Anyways, I found the gundam cartoons boring as bat droppings, so I never got into those, they're too much of a soap opera. Or it might have just been gundam seed that I was trying to give a chance to, there might be some better series that I don't know of.

I enjoyed the first 2 seires very much. (Yes, I am old) The first one became a 3 part movie seires, too. Give them a try, oldie, but I think they are still very good :)

Oh well. All the US retailers look greener to me anyway :redface2:

Well said. I've had very few decent TF discount finds at Big Lots. There are three stores within 20 minutes of where I live, and my wife and I only shop there a couple times a month if we need really cheap household items or canned/boxed goods. I bought a 4-box pack of "Wheat Thins" there last week for only a dollar. Of course, they expire in a month, but I loooove me some Wheat Thins and they probably won't last me 3 weeks.

Otherwise, Big Lots is dirty and disorganized, and the people who work there usually reflect that too.

Ugh, last time we stopped at Big Lots was because it was right next to the restaurant we ate at. There were hardly any toys at all, let-alone action figures or models. The only time I ever found anything good was at Christmas, where there were aisles and aisles of toys. There were lots o' Gundam kits and action figures and stuff. *sigh* Oh well, guess I'll have to check again.

Yeah, no glue or paint required. Although they look ALOT better with decals and paint to accentuate the figure. Plus, sometimes there are some loose parts that you may want to glue together. But like I said, neither are required.
