im considering making a purchase on BBTS for some of the japanese animated figures coming out in the fall. my question is, do they really wait untill the expected month of toy arrival to charge your card, or do they do a charge at purchase time. im just worried about being charged twice.

I love being able to place pre-orders and not have it charged until it arrives. This is why I am happy to pay the slightly higher prices. Items don't always come in at the same time but, the pre-orders go up at the same time. If I had to pay for everything at once, I'd have to be a little more judgemental in my puchases.
