They just blew my expectations away! They going to replace one of my figures that arrived broken yesterday. Looks like I've found a new way to find the figures on my wish list. Are other online stores this awesome? Anyone have any recommendations? BBTS has impressed the hell out of me with this. When I buy figures at comic shops they usually just laugh in my face when I try to get some kind of service for stuff that ends up being broken right out of the box.

So yeah, I'm really liking this whole online shopping thing so far!

I'm kind of bummed shipping to my country is so expensive, otherwise I'd be buying there and at TFSource all the time.

Most of the online store/sponsors are good about this. It justifies their slightly higher then retail prices. The shipping is offset by the gas that people pay hunting for toys. The only thing you lose ordering online is the thrill of the hunt and not being able to pick your paint jobs.

Yeah, BBTS is good like this. My MP Starscream back in the day was missing one of the Null rays and they sent me one!

If they send you a broken item; wouldn't you expect them to replace it? It's great that they took care of you, but I'd expect nothing less.

BBTS has a little higher prices but in the end the service, preorder without paying option, and pile of loot shipping makes them the best.

Yea, I was going to say that replacements are standard practice with a lot of online retailers, but BBTS is probably less of a hassle.

I've been using BBTS for more than 3 years now...Nothing but top notch service and quality. Sure their prices may be a tad higher than usual, but if you are willing to pay the extra, they are perfect. They also have incredibly fast shipping too.

Plus, the 15% off sales are awesome! I got a BM Megs for about $12 and an alternity Megs yesterday for about $38. My first Alternity figure...Let's see if he lives up to his expectations. :)

The major retailers, Walmart/Kmart/Target/TRU aren't very good about this. You can return the broken item in store but you can't easily get a replacement. HTS.com is worse because they have no B&M.

I've been ordering from these guys for many years now, and they are great, but they have dropped the ball a couple of times on orders. TFSource seems to get products sooner than BBTS and ship faster aswell, and from what I've heard their customer service is just as good if not better. Not bashing BBTS at all, they are great, but I'm beginning to lean towards TFSource.

This is because those are general retailers and BBTS is specialized. It would be a logistic nightmare for those general retailers to offer parts and it is much cheaper for them to pass on the defect to manufacturer or just absorb themselves.

I have a great deal of time for BBTS. I ordered something from them that got lost en route to the UK. They didn't have it left in stock so they refunded me 100%, including shipping. When they got it back in, they shipped it out to me. AWESOME customer service.

I'm only at BBTS for this reason. Another TF retailer made me jump through all kinds of hoops when an item I purchased arrived broken... and throughout the process, it was made clear that they didn't believe me. I was like, ok, back to BBTS.

BBTS have saved my sorry butt many times!
    This is my marriest experience with them;

I ordered a reissue of G1 Ultra Magnus which showed up to be defect..
Well, they just send me a new one for free, even payed custom fees to cover it up!
Shipping to Denmark easily cost over 40$ for such a big toy, so kuddos to them!

BBTS is my fav too. Will be looking for them at Botcon. Love the customer service and the pile o' loot. Never had a credit issue either.

They've definitely got the best customer service of any company I've had to deal with for years.

I pre order anything I'm worried I may have problems finding through them.

I shop at BBTS all the time, and I've had to return figures once in a while that were damaged. They paid for the return shipping and replaced the item or gave me store credit if that wasn't possible. Their prices can be a bit on the high side, but the service they provide makes the extra cost worth it IMO.
