This whole thread should be closed because through all the shit talking about how crap the fast food industry is nobody bothered to mention In-N-Out, and the heaven incarnate it is.
I read MOST of it, skimmed the rest brah =P Doesn't help when half the posts complaining about ONE slice of cheese don't make much sense to me, but hey, neopolitan shakes all around? Also pscoop, get animal style fries and get back to me.
McDonald's is the weakest of all food chains, it's fat fried in grease and wrapped in paper. My list of fav fast food places are: Burger King Sonic Checker's WhataBurger Hardee's Just about anywhere is better than McDonald's but I mostly prefer BK.
One thing I'll give McDonald's credit for are the Angus Burgers, still only in select markets. Everytime I go to NYC or North NJ I have to get one! mmmmmmmmm I wish they would go nationwide, then I might forgive this McDouble incident!
The King's Double Angus is the finest fast food burger money can buy, not even the Triple Whopper can lure me away from it on a regular basis.
THe reason why they took it off the $ menu is because if they didn't they would have made the double cheeseburger without that extra peice of cheese. The reason why is because that extra piece means no profit, and the dollar menu may end up becoming a $1.19 menu with the next year or so if the economy keeps falling, at least that what a news story claims.
I didn't know people from Monument whined about stuff other than the weather Last night, I discovered that my local McD's had brought back the McRib for a while. Fast food PARADISE.
What I really hate is how McDonald's spams these crappy commercials that cost millions of dollars just to promote how "awesome" their McNuggets are. Honestly, who needs to hear someone rap about wanting chicken nuggets?
