    You'r right, but maybe the buyer has not payed yet...? Hopefully that is the situation. If he did pay, he must file a claim immediately. Evidence enough.

    Pff... and the buy it know price is a insult! ;)

    I'd take that collection at that price, insults and questionable legitimacy aside.

    I just saw the buyer's name too and any outrage over the auction I may have felt quickly dissipated.

    Don't be insulted though I recently paid $850 for a damn near complete 84-86 collection, mostly MIB! :)

    Stolen pictures for sure, but in his description he said:
    "Toy condition:
    Including defensor, menasor,predaking,reflector and Devastator. All mint condition.
    100% complete with all the weapons and accessories in Mint condition."

    So basically he was only selling 5 toys(only a good deal if they have all the gift boxes/insert)
