I don't have any version of the mold (I have Leader Starscream) but I like the original's deco better. The colors on the Thundercracker version are just... gaudy. It was a nice attempt at a homage , but it just didn't work that well in my opinion.

    Thundercracker. By miles.
You must not like Thundercracker in general then.

I got Thundercracker in one of those "2 deluxes taped together for 10ish dollars" packs at Christmas. I was originally avoiding them since I preferred the ROTF Voyager. I ended up REALLY liking the deluxe, and would have bought Starscream if I had seen him again..

Thundercracker. Better accessories (chainsaw > pointless giant bladestaff), better colors (blue > gray, ESPECIALLY SS's beige with brown vs. Thundercracker's lovely metallic blue), and paint (still hate the tribal tattoos).

    Thundercracker X 1000

The color blocking is very well thought out. For example....usually hate the Hasbro grey plastic, but with Thundercracker they've chosen the correct
spots to have it ' Hasbro grey ' .

    Never picked them up.

After Leader Starscream (MP version especially), the toy just struck me as pointless.

I bought Starscream and sort of regretted it - decent toy but no real spot in my collection.

My son got TC for Christmas as he like my SS and loves blue toys. Out of those two, TC blows SS out of the water. I just think the SS is sort of bland and the cybertronian tattoos don't help much.

Skywarp for me. I picked up the Takara Skywarp just to complete the set, and I'm just biased towards the Skywarp coloration. It's pretty much the exact same deco as Thundercraker, just different colors.

My vote will always be for Skywarp colors. Thundercracker is great too though.

I think Thundercracker looks better, mainly because blue is my favorite color, and that he has the G1ish colors. I'm still ticked that Skywarp never saw a US release.

Skywarp. The black and purple look great on that mold. Much better than Starscream. Thundercracker is pretty good too.

Thundercracker is the best looking use of the mold IMO but if I could only buy one it would be Starscream because, come on, it's Starscream.

I have Generations Thundercracker and I love him. But seeing those colors on Movie Starscream just seems... weird.

I felt the Deluxe pulled it off.

I only have Starscream and Thundercracker; I have yet to pick myself up a Skywarp. When I do, that will be when I can properly decide who's the better version.
