    (to the batcave!)

Nice box. The rear box-art is particularly swank.

Yeah I made it to replace the boxes they came in and to make them what I always wished they looked like.

    Cool!

I was thinking yesterday, I wish somebody would make G1 styled boxes for the Masterpiece seekers. That would be so cool. I wish I could make custom boxes :(

That should've been what the Japanese and US reissue boxes looked like!! I'd have bought 10 of each! LOL

Very cool, though I honestly prefer the charm of the original front box art over Pat Lee's marshmallow-bot

Does give it a more modern edge though

    The back looks great!

Is that insert in your custom box a vintage one? Or did you make that as well?(I like to know how then)

    Edit: nevermind, I see it alrady, it's a "strata32000"one.

I thought about that, but man it would be a huge undertaking, and making the box itself would be tough. Though I might give making a giant masterpiece prime G1 box update, and my friend wants me to make some for his Alts. But I am going to finish the 84-85 cars first.

I am not a huge fan of the Pat Lee stuff either, but aesthetically it was the best of the ones I scanned. I scanned a Mark Brooks and Don drawing but they didn't fit the style as well, so I went with that.

Its a gold e-hobby Jazz insert. They are perfect because the move the car farther to the left which is perfect for my boxes.

I will be doing the movie toys after. I just need to get the dimensions of the boxes. I am not sure if they were the same size as the 84-5 cars. I don't have hotrod, springer, blurr or Kup in boxes.
