Yeah, this might be lame, and just too simple. What is the best Transformer? Keep in mind that head sculpts, engineering, paint apps, articulation, character, and fun transformations are all things considered.

Classics Mirage is just perfect. I'd like to see a similar old school Indy car, that would rock!

It's like asking me which of my children I like better...

But Classics Bumblebee is pretty close...

My vote goes to TF Universe Sunstreaker and Prowl. Its g1 and cartoon accurate, like a an alternator/bt compressed to a deluxed sized toy with the details, sculpt transformation and basic paint . If you're a G1 fan You gotta love'em both .

Classics Bumblebee & Prime are two of the greats.

It's by a small margin among a LOT of greats, however.

I like Powermaster Prime for nostalgia and being my first Prime toy, but my favorite incarnation of Prime, barring all nostalgia, goes to Cybertron Prime. So, I would have to say Cybertron Prime. In fact, I'd say Cybertron Prime is almost like having a modern update of Powermaster Prime (for the robot mode).

Animated Ultra Magnus because this is the first mold of him not repainted from an Optimus Prime mold. Followed right next by Classics Jetfire because this is what Jetfire should have been in the beginning with his own mold.

In terms of price point, alternate mode...any form of G1 Optimus. His alternate mode is still decent, he looks blocky to be a robot figure, his trailer opens up as a base and he has Roller! :)

No, actually, that would be RiD Magnus.

Like Feralstorm said, there are a lot of fantastic Transformers out there, and it's hard to single out one as the very best. Something huge and impressive like Primus? Something surprisingly fun and awesome like Armada Hoist? Something with a lot of nostalgia related to it like G1 Hot Rod? Something that is so fun to play with that I can't put it down for long like Animated Grimlock? There are just too many options. In the end, though, I think that combining every cool factor possible for a Transformer can lead to one pretty clear winner. And that toy is...

    G1 Chase

    :p

    Seriously, though, Chase is cool.

Primal Prime. Or Animated Lugnut. Or RID Sky-Byte. Or Movie Leader Prime. Or Animated Leader Megatron. Or... to many to narrow it down!
