In a similar vein to the cheapest/most expensive thread mib94 started, what would folks describe as the best 'bargain' they've ever picked up? Basically the biggest/rarest TF you've ever brought at the most insanely low price? (along the lines of Sol Fury's £1 Star Saber!) I'll nominate a few: * I picked up a complete Armada Megatron for £10-ish (£12 before a handy 15% discount) at Auto Assembly, courtesy of our very own Dinotron. * Cybertron Legends for £1 a piece from Toy-Fu's stand at AA, allowing me to pick up the remainder of that line for below £10! * G1 yellow Cliffjumper, with nice tight joints and great chrome, for £4. * Animated Leader Megatron, £13.99.
Relatively complete RiD Landfill for 8 bucks. Missing a gun, and a foot. Totally worth it though. Retail, I've purchased all three Animated Leaders on Clearance for 20 bucks or less with a little patience =D
I remember getting Classics Starscream from BBTS at an insanely low price, forgot exactly how much but it was under $10 or so... it was on clearance. That made me happy to say in the least.
Hell, I've gotten quite a few free TF's from a fellow TF fan which netted me some nice figures like a complete Armada Jetfire and a Re-Issue Prowl who was missing nearly all the stickers, and thus I was able to discover the fun of putting stickers on a G1 toy! In terms of spending money, I managed to snag a moderately nice condition G1 Sixshot (sans guns) for only $25 at Botcon 2008, and while I found both Duocons without guns at seperate stalls, I only paid $15 for the two (with both bodies complete) combined. Then there was the $20 for my Alt. Battle Ravage (I really paid only $10, but the shipping was also $10). Ever since I first held him, he's been my favorite TF of my entire collection, especialy ever since I figured out a way to make the transformation in the legs much easier for me.
Separate eBay wins of: Reissue Megs MIB (Bookcase package) @ £15. Hybrid Style Convoy THS-02 MIB @ £15 also. Both complete and in excellent condition.

Something like $25 for a broken 20th Prime. I only had to install small washers into the screw holes of the hips and now it is as good as new.
Most recently would be Animated Leader Bulkhead for $20. I can't really remember any stellar deals before that.
