I liked his ROTF portrayal most, but it wasn't really that original, so Im going to go with TF1.

 

Not a whole lot. Most - if not all - of these "differences" that people consider to be between the RotF and DotM voice, stem from the material Adler had to work with. Starscream's lines were a lot more subservient in nature in RotF. DotM had more lines and had a lot more pomp, sarcasm and arrogance to them, yet still had that subservient vibe in some lines as well.

It's how Charlie Adler should have portrayed his voice like. Didn't like the TF1 voice, nor ROTF game nor DOTM voice.

 

But he did not say "Hello It's Me". That would've been creepy.
