Where's the best place to get a new Hard Drive for the 360? I'm currently running a 20GB but I'm wanting to upgrade to something bigger, preferably a 120GB. Anyone know the best place to buy one? I just don't feel like having the limited save space that I do with the 20.

Any suggestions? I'm also needing a transfer cable that'll let me move all my files to the new HDD.

    Thanks in advance.

If possible I'd like to spend less than $100 on a new HDD, so I'll go with a 60GB if I have to, though I would prefer the 120.

microsoft sells the transfer cables for 15 dollars at their online store.

hard drives can be obtained at gamestop, amazon, and other stores in 60 and 120 GB. I believe the 120 GB hard drives come with transfer cables.

if ordering off amazon, make sure you order an official hard drive, as unlicensed ones do exist, and rarely work.

    I got a 120gb from a seller on ebay for 50 bucks.

The same seller had controllers and cables for dirt cheap.

I found the migration kit minutes after my initial post and I even found wireless controllers for pretty cheap, brand new. Found both white and black wireless controllers new for 29.99 at circuitcity.com . The site is still open cuz someone bought them out after they went down. Good deal but I'm not in the need of a second controller sadly.

I really hate resorting to eBay to get a HDD as a lot of them I see on there are fake drives made by the seller using a hdd enclosure and a laptop hard drive.

Guess I'll give them a look see though. MS really needs to lower their fucking prices though, it's ridiculous.

Be carefull with eBay. There's a way to format certain off the shelf drives to work in 360s. I believe some people were console banned for tampering using them.

The 250gb has shown up in gamestop's systems for $120 or $130.

Hence why I don't trust eBay for something like that.

sheesh hard drives for the 360 are expensive. MS should really come off their high horse and lower the prices for these as well as make some bigger ones. I'd love me a 500GB HD for the 360, now that's worth $150, not no 120GB.

I'm just gonna buy a 250GB then, it's only $30 more than the 60GB and they don't seem to sale the 120 in stores any more. I'm just tired of running out space from only downloading demos.

Just adding it to the list of upgrades.
