Anyone pick this up yet? From what I can tell it was supposed to be released already, but I haven't seen it yet.

Haven't seen it on any shipping lists, Amazon seems to have it but says it takes 1-3 months to ship.

Checking out the IDW boards I can tell ya this:
    Ryall posted May 1st
However it hasn't shown up yet on the upcoming released list.

and the contents of the book will include:

They probably mean the Free Comic Book Day Armada #1 which was done by Don Figueroa.

I'm glad Don has his own collection. But as I own all the individual issues of everything anyway, I'm going to pass.

Don deserves his own collection. The dude's artwork is one of the biggest reasons I still buy comics.

Great artist, and probably the best TF artist evah. I'll pass for having all of the issues however. They should have included an original issue never seen before.

Same here. It's just a shame that IDW won't give Don the mainline book.

I was hoping the book would be mostly of his Transformer designs.

I am proud to say that I have been a fan since he was a Fan Artist, and to this day I'm in awe of his Macromasters. I'm glad to see that he has gotten his due.

I might have to look into these, from the sound of things, I really missed out with Stormbringer, (i didnt start buying comics till about the end of 'Hearts of Steel'), It'd be nice to get a glimpse of it.

Also, its good to see a possible return of the 'When worlds collide' armada comics, they were awesome.

So was I. I'm hesitant to buy the book since I own some of the issues. I'll have to see what the "extras" are.

Yeah, I remember finding that site and being in awe of the dude waaay back when. Then I remember seeing his name on the DW stuff and being like, "Is that...no. Is he the same guy?"

That Macromasters art was really neat. Don never ceases to amaze me.

Don is a great guy. I love his work. I remember seeing him at last years SDCC and being able to meet him. Great personality and attitude. He presented his portfolio to my brother and I and talked about his work and such. It was great meeting him and also receiving a sketch from him and some signatures. I may pick up the book just to support his work.

Yeah, DON is a great guy and I will ty my best to buy this and supposrt one of my favorite artists. I too have followed him since his early fan stuff(which was great too!) My only problem with this book is the fans will only get a portion of the stories but you do get that delicious artwork, so oh well I guess:cool:
