    Apeface was cool,
Optimal Optimus was what is was, just sticking to the ape theme.

Modern-RID Megatron-Gigatron-Galvatron. There were peole who got over a hundred or more unofficial modes

G1-Sixshot hands down. Each mode looked as great as the last plus the bot mode was great

Some of the minicon triple changers were nice also.

I know technically they are not triple changers but Magnatron and G1 Omega Supreme were good also.

G1 Sixshot - looks great in all his modes
BW Rampage - how can you not love a giant maniacal crab with working rubber treads?
RID Megatron -though some of his modes aren't very good, he still pulls it off well

I find it pretty sad that he always gets overlooked in favour of his 'father' (?) Sixshot. Ok so his toy was blocky even by G1 standards but he's still pretty smart and fun, and it would be nice to see the character make a proper comeback at some point. Anyway, one of the fan modes I once saw for him was a flying toilet, I don't think his awesomeness needs elaborating any more than that.

G1 Sixshot, although I'm certain that Hexatron would blow him out of the water if he ever gets released.

Classics Astrotrain and Octane may not be perfect by any means but they have two distinct alt modes AND a nicely articulated robot mode. They get my vote.

Apeface and Snapdragon. 2 head modes at once!

G1 Scorponok is pretty cool since his big scorpion mode beats the 3rd mode of any other big/city type TFs I can think of at the moment.

G1 Sixshot all the way. Even the third party Hexatron pretty much copies his transformations. Just kinda takes the G1 bot and gives him posability.

I love Animated Shockwave. He's my favorite. BW Rampage is great too. Crab tank ftw
