Sorry my only goal with this part of my collection was to get the Leader and Villain for the top cartoons of the 80s - So far I have got 6 shows down - looking to get the Go-Bots and MASK leaders next - and yes Optimus did take megatron to town lol

    Interesting idea for a collection.

Silverhawks... that was a line where the toys just never held up to how cool the show was.

What is your next show your targeting? I would guess Go Bots or Voltron, although Voltron always suffered from having crappy toy versions of the villains.

Dont get me wrong I have many other toys - I have over 600 Star Wars figures and near 200 Transformers - But this PART of my collection had to follow the theme...

Good idea on Voltron - I was going to target M.A.S.K. and Go-Bots next but I am up for suggestions. Unfortunately some shows like C.O.P.S. dont have figures to my knowledge...

    Any other ideas anyone??

Maybe the word leader was mis-used - I was looking for the Hero and The Villain. If I was going strictly by leader I would need

The Sorceress or King Randor for He-man
    Stargazer for Silverhawks
    Jaga possibly for Thundercats
    etc etc

Thanks but this is not very helpful - I have lists of hundreds of 1980s cartoon shows, I am doing a research project on them. Citing a wikipedia list isnt very helpful. I do thank you for trying. Unfortunately, more than 50% of the cartoons actually never had figures for them. The rest are very hard to find.

I know I can find the ones for Go-Bots, and as pointed out before I can find half of what I need for C.O.P.S., I am also pretty sure I can find the ones I need for M.A.S.K. After that it gets kidna dicey

I am not asking for lists of entire cartoons of the 80s shows - I am looking for ones I can find as toys the easiest...

Toy lines of the 80s I didn't see mentiuoned: Sky comandoes, spiral zone, visionaries, Captain planet, botsmaster, Filmations gohstbusters, the real gohstbusters, She-ra, Dungeons and dragons (Yes it did have toys, I'd recomend Dungeonmaster and vengeor, or Ranger, I can never remember the kids name just his class) Robotech, 3 different groups, Jace and the wheeled warriors did have toys, Bionic six(they are basiclly GI Joes with dicast chests) Centurions, Dino riders, inhumanoids, Police acadamey, Crash test dumies, The Hulk hogan cartoon, Robotix, Robo Force, Starcom, Airraiders, and there's a crap load of japanese Imports like Shogun warriors and stuff that i don't remember what it's called. Take a gander here SUPER TOY ARCHIVE, site references a crap load of toy serieses

Alot of these are easy to find on ebay as they aren't that popular in the retro fad

and I forgot Rambo, A-Team, Chuck norris and his karate comandoes, the fun never ends

    Ebay:
Very unique and interesting collection pic, I like it a lot! 'nok hit most of the big cartoons, I was going to suggest The Real Ghostbusters, Peter Venkman was the leader, although they faced a different ghost every episode, so there was really no villian leader. I'd use Stay Puft.

M.A.S.K. and Wheeled Warriors were my other two favorites, Id grab those.
