    i have to say BW megs. not that BM megs isn't cool, its just that BW megs was a more uniqe kind of villian. plus he has a rubber duck ofEVILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!.... best megatron ever, yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

    Even though G1 Megs is favorite, I had to vote BW Megs because he was just that badass.

    I voted Animated Megatron. I feel like he's the badass that G1 Megs shoud've been (and would've been had it not been for 80s cartoon villain stereotypes).

    BW Megs is great as well but I really feel that he's a radically different type of villain all together. My view of Megatron is "powerful warlord" and BW Megs falls more into a "criminal mastermind" type.

    It saddens me that so many people prefer the Beast Wars version. That wasn't Megatron.

    The G1 comics and cartoon version of Megatron puts fear into to people just by his presence alone so he is!

    Wow amazing votes, I guess saying retreat decepticons, doesnt mean anything, thus the original will win, just for the fact that hes the original. The original isnt always the best, the first car made, isnt as good, or anywhere near the cars today, and thats my case...

    TFA is still airin' but so far megatron character gives me the creep, even in his very 1st appearance.

    i like beast wars megatron VO though...
    TFA megs still my bravest megatron

    BW Megs had no regard for life (whether that of his enemies or even his own troops). He was intelligent, calculating, sinister, and had tons of character.
