Which Legends Decepticons do you think are the best?

I have only G1 Megatron and G1 Starscream and would like to have some more. I thought about getting a Vehicon, because I think he would fit in well, although he's from TFP. I'm getting Cybertron Starscream soon, but that's a character I already have, so he basically doesn't up the count of Decepticons ;)

And I saw that there is for example a repaint of Warpath that looks cool.

So, what else would you recommend? :)

TFP commander Dreadwing. He is awesome for a 9 dollar legends figure.

Personally, I'm partial to the RtS G1 Gun Megatron. He does everything right and is small enough to be held by TF's with the right kind of hands (the tabs on the grip in gun mode allow a MP Seeker to hold him, and RtS Lugnut can just hold him outright).

Also, is "non-Animated" really needed? I ask because I think the only Animated Legends class Decepticon was Starscream.

That's because I'm not collecting Movie and Animated toys and I wanted to hear your opinions about Legends Decepticons, because mine need some reinforcements *g*

EX Legends are pretty awesome. I bought a box of series one and two and no regrets. The Skywarp and TC chase figures are beautiful looking and it's nice to have them next to Starscrea, finally.

I actually really dislike the RtS Megatron. The gimpy arms just kill it for me.
As for the best Decepticons from Legends/Legion class, I'd say Legends of Cybertron Megatron and Starscream are awesome. Megatron could use with better arm articulation, but is still really nice and rather huge. Starscream is nearly perfect.
Sparkstalker (Warpath repaint) is cool because the mold itself is good.

Commanders are ruled by Megatron and Dreadwing. Both are amazing for their size class.

Actually, there were four: Bumblebee, Optimus, Prowl, and Starscream.

    War for Cybertron Starscream.

All Legends class figure should really use that as the standard. The first 3 Legends class figures; Cybertron series Optimus Prime, Megatron, and, Starscrean were awesome. They all had perfect proportions in both alternate and robot mode, with a satisfactory transformation. They were basically scaled down versions of their standard counterparts. The recent ones are just wacky looking.

Of course, the War for Cybertron Starscream; Legends class Cybertron Starscream in Generation 1 colours is the best of them!

Of course it is needed! Animated wins always :D

Answering OP, without Animated I have only Cyberverse Legion Vehicon. So, it's the best to match my toys and your question.

I only have first wave Prime and Animated Legends. In this small set, Animated Starscream is much better than Prime Vehicon. I am leaving out Cyberverse Commanders... for me they are more related with Scout than Legends size (if you include Cyberverse Commander... Megatron wins)

Add Sparkstalker, Shadow Striker, both versions of G2 Megatron, and the soon to be releasedd Motorbreath (Motormaster repaint of Optimus), and you're doing well. Also, you can nab a Tracker Hound and add Con symbols to make Crankcase. Bonus points if you give him the bluegreen parts from Universe Hound.
