Now that's we're in 2018, and with major events like Unicron coming up, what do you believe was the best issues of 2017?

Personally, I nominate Shining Armor, and OP #9.

I’m gonna say Salvation, Form it’s interesting take on Trypticon and the return of Sandstorm.

Yeah, it's got to be OP #9, I think. Runner up: G.I. Joe First Strike for being so damn fun.

    The TAAO annual was great.

Lost Light 10 was definitely the best issue Roberts did this year.

Optimus Prime #9 was also a fantastic issue.

Kinda have to agree with everyone else.
Optimus Prime #9: Life of Sideswipe
Lost Light #10: The Plotter's Club, Part 1
TAAO #10: The Price of You
Revolutionaries #5: Strange Visitors (Though #6 is a close second)

I’ll agree with Op 9 and LL 10.
TAAO Annual wins that series for me.

I'd say TAAO 12, even if I expected something else out of the series. Rom vs Transformers Shining armor was great too.

Well, if we're doing THAT, Spectacular Spider-Man #6 (where Peter and JJJ sit down and hash it out with each other) was fantastic.

Yeah, that was comic of the year for me.

Rom vs TF was better than I expected, and OP #9 was stellar. Nice to see Lost Light getting back to form with the Mutineer's trilogy too.

Gotta go with OP 9. Its up there with Last Stand of the Wreckers, More than Meets the Eye vol 1, and Death of Optimus Prime as the best comics I would recommend to new readers. It's a short emotional story that shows the depth and wonder of the IDWverse and TF brand.
