When a series wishes to introduce all of its characters at once it is called an introdump. It usually includes all of the characters stating their name then showing a bit of their personality.
Transformers have a lot of these so which is the best?

For me the best is from the 2007 Transformers movie when we first meet the Autobots.
Second is when wee first see the Seekers in Transformers Animated.

By the end of the first 12 or so minutes of Animated, you get a pretty good summing up of the personalities of all the main Bots and Cons.

Movie for me. Well, the Autobots at least. Decepticons barely got their names in. The whole Autobot entrance scenes, from planetfall to formal introduction was nice and dramatic; for whatever reasons a lot of 'toon introdumps seem... blunt. I guess largely because those tend to have the bots talk amongst themselves where heavy name/character drops feel awkward since they're already well-acquainted with each other. Since Movie Optimus introduced his team to Sam and we the viewers he sidesteps that awkwardness.

Although Animated gets bonus points for having Blitzwing sing Itsy Bitsy Spider.

I normally hate infodumps because they seem so forced and out of place, but the seeker infodump in Animated was so hilarious.

The 2007 Movie had the best ones. The Beast Wars Maximals I didn't really like, it felt kind of forced. I liked the Stunticons and Aerialbots in the G1 cartoon after they were created. The Constructicons too, as they were the first combiner team we meet.

The Generation 1 comic set up 18 Autobots on a two page spread. Limited info on each one, but was kind of cool all the same.
