Exactly this: which Human Alliance box had the best background? (not counting the Basics cuz they dont really have a scene)

    Here the choices are:

ROTF/HFTD Bee: With Megatron in the back

    ROTF Sideswipe: Shanghai

ROTF Skids: some hotel alley way

    HFTD Jazz: Mission City

ROTF Barricade: Air Force bas scene from TF1

HFTD Shadow Blade Sideswipe: i dont know.

    ROTF Mudflap: Devastator

DOTM Bumblebee: Iranian missle facility from the film

DOTM Skids: a city, guessing Chigaco, under fire

    DOTM Roadbuster/Leadfoot: Racetrack

    DOTM Soundwave: Chigaco

I vote Barricade and Jazz but then again they're the only HA figures I have at the moment.

Interestingly enough, I actually live near where they've photographed at least two of those backgrounds. Shadow Blade Sideswipe's has the old Huber coal breaker near Wilkes-Barre, PA in the background. It's been abandoned since I believe the '70s. I've actually been on the premises and explored around, and it's a really cool place. I first noticed this because they used the same background for the movie one scene pack with Barricade (The "First Encounter" one). I was like, "Hey, Wait a minute...".

The Jazz one (I believe also used for the "Final Battle" screen set with Longarm) was shot in downtown Scranton, PA (Yep, the same place "The Office" takes place!). There's a sign that says it's the crossing of Wyoming Avenue and Spruce Street, and Scranton is the only place in the US where those streets intersect. Also, there's a PA Lottery poster in the window of the building!

So, pretty interesting in my opinion.

Neato. Huh, is that abandoned coal breaker place anywhere near that abandoned town with the (uncontrollable) underground burning coal deposits that was the basis for the Silent Hill movie? I vaguely recall that real life town was in PA and was abandoned (except for some diehard stragglers) in the 70s or 80s when that subterranean coal fire started.

It is in PA in fact. It's called Centralia, and I've been there too haha. It's not really close to the coal breaker, but it's not far from where I live. I can be there within about 35-45 minutes from my house. I can be to the coal breaker in about 20 minutes, but in the complete opposite direction.

I love Roadbuster's background. BTW, could anyone put up some pics of all the backgrounds, for those who have not seen them?
