Which bot entrance was the most impressive and cool?:

1. The first transformation of the movie: Ironhide's?

2. The Twins in their ice-cream truck mode?

3. Sideswipe's speeding and acrobatic kill of Sideways?

4. Optimus Prime's first appearance on the air carrier in truck mode when his dazzling headlights come on, and then he proceeds to parachute down to the ground?

5. Bumblebee's rolling then shooting entrance out of the Witwicky garage to save Sam & his parents from the kitchen bots?

6. Megatron's revival and rising from the sea?

7. The Fallen's menacing appearance on the Nemesis seated on his throne?

8. Optimus Prime's dramatic crashing entrance into the factory where Sam was being held by Megs & SS?

9. Jetfire's rough and rattley transformation in the Smithsonian museum?

10. The creation of Jet Prime - Optimus Prime's magnetic combining with Jetfire's parts and take-off into the skies?

 

Prime's first entrance hands down, followed by Ironhide, Sideswipe,then the twins, Megatron, Fallen, Jetfire, Combo prime, bumblebee.

thats basically me putting them in my order of koolness (i dont remember 8 too well though, thats why its almost last-and seeing The Fallen hooked up like that was cool, but also a bit underdone, IMHO)

you should Add The Fallen teleporting in-for me, that would be where i put 11

 

Prime is the best thing about the films, his HALO jump, his resurrection and combination with Jetfire were fantastic entrances. Megatron's resurrectiopn was fantastic too, you could feel the energy as the military realized he was coming back and about to wham that sub. Ironhide's entrance too was badass, even more detailed than any transformation in the first one it seemed.

The Fallen's entrance, hmm, I found that whole prologue jarring as he stomped ancient humans, and his present day entrance was quite funny actually.

"I have returned sensei!"
"I'm behind you, to the left."
"Oh hey, is there another energon source?"

Prime's entrance an Megatron returning to a startled Starscream.

 

Personally, I liked Ravage's entrance the best. You got some very nice shots of him as he was infiltrating the island base. Watching him run around while firing his cannons was also a joy.

Ironhide's was also another favorite of mine.

And pretty much everything Prime did was gold by default so...

I liked Optimus rolling out of the aircraft carrier midair, Optimus being upgraded, the Twins in their first ice cream truck appearance..and for some reason, the Arcee trio activating.  

Ravage also looked pretty cool while he kept the army occupied while that horrible flat grasshopper..thingy stole the shard for him.

 

god thats hard... both Opti scenes were just amazing.
but i think in terms of someone's intro scene. the plane was awesome.

but... the scene where OP and BB slam into the building to save Sam gave me chills. so baller

 

Soundwave.
It's awesome when you just see him floating there and his eyes light up and then "Soundwave acknowledges" in that creepy unvocodered voice; you know the humans and Autobots are screwed with Soundwave out there.


From your list, though, I'd say #10 even if that isn't really an "entrance," per se, but it is my favorite moment in the entire movie (Optimus Prime getting powered up before the final battle).

 

i think Prime's parachuting is tied with Sideswipe's transformation in the beginning. DAMN that was cool.

 

Sideswipe. I was too busy laughing at Prime's parachutes to give his entrance much notice.

 

A three-way tie for me:

Sideswipe cutting Sideways in half.

Ravage's arrival on the shore line.

Definitely gotta be sideswipe. Followed by prime and then demolisher

 

Prime, hands down. The whole sequence was plain awesome and gave him a real hero's entrance.

 

Prime jumping out of the plane. Epic.

 

I loved the Twins in the Ice Cream truck frigged awsome to see on screen prob my fave outta them all

 

I thought that was Wheelie within his toy truck form for a sec, so it was even more of a shock to finally Soundwave in action.

 

Prime and Sideswipe. Of course, Sideswipe had to go and ruin things by being pretty much absent for the rest of the movie. You don't make an entrance like that only to go MIA.
