According to speedy1961's post re: Best Buy Bargains at DVDTalk.com's forums, PS2 Greatest Hits games will be 2 for $30 during the week of Oct. 22-28. Regular pricing for GH games are $19.99 individually, but this sale applies to all PS2 GH games

Check the link for other deals on DVDs, etc. at BB that week:

That's cool. I hate buying Greatest Hits though. Makes me feel cheap having that fucking altered package they come in. I like to just buy the ones in the original package for cheap off of eBay.

I know it shouldn't matter to me but it does. Am I alone in this?

    :lol
Guitar Hero 2 for $30 would be great, but I would have spelled that one out. I'm amped for that game and am loving that Spinal Tap gets a song in. If I wasn't so broke, I'd be shelling out for a wireless guitar controller as well.

I'm with you on this. Not a fan of the altered packaging. I know it has absolutely no bearing on the gameplay, but I try to avoid them when possible.

IF get a Toys R Us add. (honestly dunno why get one when local one isn't open anymore)

Though lately not getting a Best Buy add at all past 3 weeks I haven't. I have to go online and check out the add.

Though me I don't mind buying the Greatest Hits versions.

Ofcourse some stores when they get this version of a game, KEEP THE SAME DAMN ORIGINAL PRICE. I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU MEIJER! YOU RIP OFF ARTIST!

The Sonycard website is horrid this way too. GH games going for $50 is just stupid.

Never seen that. Damn. I have seen some stores be slow to replace the old versions with original price with the new cheaper one though, such as Wal Mart.
