Aha Inferno was my favorite for the longest time! He was my only Mega (now Voyager) sized figure until I bought ROTF Prime last year. Great beast mode, and those turbine engines were pretty awesome!
Pretty much all of them are good...such a great Transformers series for the cartoon and toys... I'm going to say the original Rattrap...don't think he's been mentioned yet...I like his transformation, design, detail and the weapon/storage is great...his only flaw is standing...as he's rather back heavy...

aww. I got those two for my birthday back in 96 or so and they restarted me w transformers. I wore mine out and have since bought replacements. They hold a special place for me because of that!
