ah-ha! the camera phone strikes again!

    CM, shes a 2000 2ltr straight 6
I believe Toyota basicly did a copy of the E36 320i when they designed it, except of course the Lexus has VVTi in the engine, an LSD and air con, leather and all sorts that the BMW never had. Mines actually got more standard kit than my dad's 328i sports so I was well chuffed about that.
I actually found out what Lexus meant the other day as well, stands for
    Luxury
    EXport
    United
    States

    neat.

Just to add, I've moved up to a 2.0 car with 157bhp and rear-drive from a 1.4 with 80bhp and front-drive. I'm now discovering how deceptively fast this Lexus is, cos when you're doing 70 on twisty roads it doesn't feel like 70, it hardly feels like friggin 40 in my old car.
Just had to take the long way home from my banjo lesson on all 60/70 country roads, and I thought I was taking it easy and chilled out all the way,
till I looked at me speedo :sly2:
    I love
    love
    love
    this car :D
*edit* now just need to wait for my mate to finish re-building his AE86 Corolla then we're taking a trip to the Isle of Man :rock
