    So, according to this blog entry you can freely publish your own books on the Amazon Kindle. You only get 35% of the sale price of the book but how awesome is that?

    About the OP:

    Interesting. But not the best timing ... what, with National Novel Writing Month just now ending. A flood of likely poorly edited work, some of which may be quite good even then (I certainly make no judgments), will not do Amazon any favors.
