I don't know if this is newsworthy, but there are some pretty awesome Beast Wars Reissue KOs around now, they come in cool boxes like the actual reissues. Very nice for a chinese KO and awesome plastic quality/durability.

Is that a DVD in each of the boxes??

Not that it matters...I picked up two of the ACTUAL re-issues for 9 bucks each the other day at Burlington Coat Factory. They're not expensive enough to necessitate knock-offs, IMHO.

And I make a motion that it be no longer allowed to use the word "re-issue" with KOs. I think that's a very deceptive word that confuses people. It's not a "re-issue" if your company didn't issue it the first time.

P.S. -- Tigatron and Cheetor are cross-eyed in beast mode.

are they not KO's of reissues?

    they come with VCD's

the legit ones are kind of expensive here, about 30-40 each so I suppose the KO's sell good here. They might get too expensive to ship because of the boxes and there being 10 of them - thats 4 KGs for the 10 + a box which is going to weigh 1.5-2KG

Asidfe from the odd mould distortion and sloppy paint, these are kinda well done. Except for the not transformed right thing, but that could just be the person who took the pics.

BIG laughs at the cats' eyes.

I think you read the thread title wrong. These are knock offs OF reissues. Fakes based of reissued figures.

    WELL SAID.

People see re-issue and think "oh cool, re-issue of the ORIGINAL" and not a KO.

The 2 terms should always be used separately IMO...pretty much why I stay far away from KOs altogether :2c:

Ummm whats wrong with saying REISSUE KO aslong as a person specifies a KO.. because even if it is a KO it is a reissue in a way, No?

If someone plays ignorant to the KO part of a description it is their fault for being ignorant.

And I found the eyes funny too.

My girlfriend and I take the pics, we are not used to a lot of the old ones so if any are transformed incorrectly then its our fault, we dont have enough time to make sure every detail is perfectly transformed, we are just not that picky.

Exactly, thanks for clarifying that for them Split Lip

BTW, are the Primal and Megatron figures taken from the reissues or from the Robot Masters versions?
