Airrazor is going to have the same problem. Terrorsaur is REALLY tall. Inferno size tall. Airrazor is as short as Rattrap and Blackarachnia. There will be plenty of room to store Terrorsaur's wings in robot mode.

Easy now. He’s tall but only Primal tall. Inferno’s a proper biggun. His beast mode wingspan is huge and it has to pack away onto a slender form. No easy task at any scale.

 

He... that reminds of the flocked Masterpiece Optimus Primal custom someone did way before Takara made an official one.

This looks kinda cool actually, although it would probably be a mess to handle and maintain.

Also this makes me think, I wouldn’t mind getting a Masterpiece Lio Convoy someday. Although he’d be difficult to do since all of his organic parts turn mechanic in robot mode.

 

For the longest time, i’ve been very tempted to open this MISB Cohrada vs Saberback VS-30 two-pack that i got 10 years ago.



Good thing i caught another reptile out in the wild! Found this used Cohrada figure in a thrift store in Hong Kong yesterday for just $10, complete with instructions, card and box (some parts of the box have seen better days, though).



This bad boy is still in very good condition, especially in beast mode, with very minimal wear on the paint on the end of his tail.



He looks awesome and even better in robot mode - all tight joints with crisp and sharp paint app details. Love the details of the snake skin scales all over him.



Unfortunately, it turns out the “machine gun” (squirt gun, really) that’s supposed to be mounted on his left arm is missing. That’s too bad, but oh well...



What this guy lacks in firepower, he sure more than makes up for with his unbelievably looooonnnnggg................. tail, that serves as a whip-like limb/weapon for his right arm!

Despite his missing machine gun, i’m still very happy to add this bad boy to my Maximal troops to terrorize the other reptiles in my Predacon army.

I switched the spark crystal on my Cohrada so he's a Pred now, as he should be.

Got the flowers........just missing an MP Rhinox to be enjoying them.

 

Just thinking about accessories for the remaining characters for MPs. I'm going to have to go back to watching season 1 and see what accessories would suit them. Example, Rhinox and the Counter Virus and the device he uses for the Alien Probe, Terrosaur with the gun he used on Megatron for Leaderchip, Tarantulas with a web and tools (Or give him a stasis pod).

 

god, i love cohrada. @Nope got me that 2-pack for christmas and i love it, but i'm always so afraid of fucking up the box when i take them out of storage. amazing toys though. beast wars, neo especially, has such a gorgeous aesthetic.

 

For a potential MP Terrorsaur I feel like his wings would fold up and compress inside his robot torso and have the 'tail' or butt or whatever section clip over them for his robot mode chest like the original toy. He's another beefy bot so plenty of space.
Blackarachnia and Rattrap I think will be the next big hurdles. I'm okay with the current trend of sacrificing some beast mode elements so the robot is perfect. Even with Dinobot's back pack he looks perfect lol

 

Somehow I feel a MP Scorponok may either be the last figure ever made, or they won't make it at all. Because his transformation just seems so simple and he's the least popular character in the series. I would want him as a Rival for Dinobot and so Megatron would have a right hand man before Inferno (Although I would like a MP Inferno more).

 

I certainly would not be upset of they skipped him. I'd have a hard decision to make if they did release him as I'd feel compelled to get him out of completism but otherwise would be inclined to skip him as I do the G1 characters I don't care for. He's certainly bottom of my list of season 1 characters I'd like an MP of.

 

If MP BW Scorponok doesn't get made then I can at least see them doing a show accurate repaint of the original BW Scorponok figure with a new head to make up for it.

 

There are characters I'm less keen on than others, but if it's from Season 1 I am on the hook for any that get made. If and when they go wider than that? Then there are Characters I really have no connection to. But I'd still see how good they looked first before deciding.

Don't worry Scorponok.......I like you. Sort of. A bit.

And Scorponok is a smaller one that would be easier on the wallet too. I could use those lol

 

If we don't get MP Scorponok I'll write a strongly worded letter to Mr. Takara.

Besides my personal investment in him, I wouldn't mind seeing someone like him come up soon. Pretty simple transformation (cheats a bit but not egregiously like Dinobot or Terrorsaur) and he's one of the smallest characters, so it'd be a nice reprieve from the upcoming big ass dinosaurs.

 

Megatron should have a Bumbling Second in Command, even though people would prefer Inferno for the job.

All I can hope for is that they make all 14 characters before 2026.

There's an eBay seller called pharoh sphinx or something like that that used to have a bunch of loose & complete BW figures. Still probably does...
If you're going after Japanese stuff, I'd try buying a bunch at a time on Yahoo Japan and having them all shipped at once from a buying agent.
Or try Transformerland, or shoot Megatoyfan a message.
