    I have the original BW DVDs and I'm happy with those, but I may consider buying the Shout release if the price is reasonable and there are some additional bonus features.

    I don't have too much interest in the Japanese TF cartoons but I would pick up Headmasters if it's dubbed. But, since it's more likely that the Japanese stuff would be sub-only, I'll probably be passing on those.

    Cool, I'll look forward to picking up Headmasters! It would be nice to have a dub but I'd settle for subtitles too :)

    I would buy that ASAP. Beast Machines is my second favorite Transformers series, after Transformers Prime.

    I hope Headmasters are dubbed. Never really seen any of the Japanese series. I did see a few episodes on a mexican TV chanel but I couldn't follow what was going on. And that was YEARS ago....

    it was just a matter of time, :)  I really hope this sells well for them, because I would kill for decent copies of masterforce and victory as well!

    Here's hoping that releasing the Japanese-only series brings us one step closer to reissues of either the Headmaster and Targetmaster toys or of Transformers that never made it to our side of the ocean. :)

    Count me as another person buying Headmasters to support the future release of the other japanese series. Headmasters is my least favorite, but I want a quality DVD release of Masterforce, Victory, Zone, Scramble City, Beast Wars II, and Beast Wars NEO.

    This is great news, and I really want to get both Headmasters and Beast Wars. I hope the subtitles on Headmasters is really good. WithBeast Wars, I want a nice copy of the show that I can watch, as I missed out on the Shout sets.

    I certainly hope we get Victory and Masterforce as well as Beast Machines.

    I really want Car Robots/Robots in Disguise, though.

    Why do people keep asking this? It'll never, ever happen.

    I have the Rhino Best Wars/Machines sets, so these will be a pass. I also have the Madmen set of the three Japanese series, but if they cleaned up the video I'd probably re-buy them - although that's unlikely to ever happen as well. It'll probably be the same video transfers (with dirt and tracking issues) that all non-US releases have shared.

    People hold out hope...but I find it strange too. I wonder if people actually think there's a chance, or if they're just wishing out loud.

    The cost of a new dub is sooo unjustified. I don't think the cost of this whole thing is justified since not many people even know what headmasters is.

    I getting the Beast Wars as don't have any Beast Wars DVD's. Was always waiting on an complete set and now it's coming. How come you are al so excited with the Headmastersset. The Metrodome set is an great set, don't see why this set is any better. Maybe because it another region, but that's why I have an regionfree-dvdplayer.
