ok so the transformers adopted smaller body due to low energon according to the BW which is actually a futuristic cybertron during the the peace era, would this make a kool live movie, having animals, insect etc turn into robots... would they have skin layer??
as far as we were told its not on hasbro or paramounts agenda to make a film on that franchise, and a good thing too, Beast wars has a massive story that wouldn't translate into a decent 2 hour movie without a lot of heavy alteration to the original plot. Plus a film with no human protagonists wouldnt work well as a live action film
As big a fan as I am of BW/BM - I don't see it translating to the live-action universe well at all. The closest we will get are the likes of Scorponok, Ravage and the potential TF3 Dinobots.
I'd like to see Beast Wars characters in the movieverse, but I would propose a very different way to introduce them. The first movie and ROTF don't really follow any previous continuity, so why would a Beast Wars version have to?
maybe ratrap could make it in to the movie franchise somehow...........he was a great character and hilarious
Beast Wars is what really introduced me to Transformers. My first TF was the original Dinobot. I love that series. That being said...um...no, it wouldn't work. By the time you explained all the changes in an organic and well writen way, the 2.5 hours would be up!
If they mading a Beast Wars Movie they least being out Scott McNeil as voiced Waspinator like that did with Pete Cullen as voiced Optimus Prime.
Just have a character cameo in the movie, like what they did with Animated Blackarachnia, don't have an entire TF movie based on Beast Wars.
