I always wanted to know....In Beast Machines every now and again you saw the moon in the Cybertronian sky. Was that intended to be what was left of Unicrons head, or a third moon that Unicron never destroyed from the movie? I was just wondering. Can anyone shed any light on the subject?

Seeing how the BW/BM continuity is a mishmash of Marvel and Sunbow, we'll never know.

I always just thought it was a regular old moon.

I never thought it was clearly established how many moons Cybertron had.

I know it had at least two.

It's implied Cybertron only had two moons in the Movie, but hey, they're a planet of transforming robots, some of whom turn into cities, and in continuity, one of them built a massive version of his head that transformed into a battleship.

Building a new moon is not out of the question.

Usually the most logic answer is the right answer. My guess is that it's just one of the original moons.

I always wondered about that moon myself. Was it "Moon Base 3"?

Concur. Anyway, I still like to think of BM as an alternate universe.

In the movie, there are a couple animation glitches that make some fans beleive that Cybertron had more than one moon. Pre-movie Cybertron had no moons.

Plus, how many times In G1 did Cybertron freaking MOVE? I can think of at least three...maybe wherever it ended up after The Rebirth, some giant asteroid or something grabbed onto it's gravitational field and stuck around.

Maybe the Cybertronians are stupid and it's a Vok superweapon.
