I've been catching up on posting customs all day and I'm out of interesting things to say about it. Beast Machines sucked, Hasbro's paint color schemes sucked, but some of the toys are criminally underrated. So I tried to fix them.

PS: For a guy called "Blast Punch" he sure can't make a fist.

PPS: Thrust's vehicle "head" is kind of ruined, but to be honest I don't miss it and I'm happy with a more show-accurate robot mode head.

I've been wanting to do something like this to my Primal, but have never worked up the nerve. Maybe now that his "blast punch" gear crumbled from age and no longer fires I'll finally do it!

Wasn't the vehicle mode "head" in the show just the robot head? So just rotating the head around in vehicle mode would be very show accurate. XD

 

Nope. Trust me, I obsessed over screenshots. The vehicle head is very very different in shape.

They look great. I'd love to get some of these molds again to repaint.

 

Every time I see another bm primal repaint of this mold I can't help but think how badly Hasbro dropped the ball or how much worse of a blunder it was that Takara did't correct the paint either.
