Hi this is an alternate fanfiction of Micheal's Transformer movie but this fic has links to the Beast Wars, G1 and it is the alternate version of of Beast Machines.

Sorta what if story, Basically Megatron 2 did not get to escape from the Autobot shuttle and the Maximals, Optimus and Gang get to sent Megatron 2 on trial by the Maximal elders and the Tripredecus Council. The rest? You have to guess yourself.

    Here goes nothing.....!

    Prologue: War amongst the stars

Our World… Our once mighty race was torn apart by war. Two races of one species rose and fought for the right to exist. We, the Maximals who seek nothing but knowledge and peace, fought against our brothers who lust for power, the Predacons. Then… there was the Sphere, a device that fanned the flames of the war to new heights and soon our race was consumed by death and despair. And the Sphere was lost in the far reaches of space
We scattered throughout the galaxy hoping to find it and to prevent the loss of more innocent lives. Searching every star and solar system, we finally received words of a new discovery that led us to a planet where our ancestors once walked upon, the planet Earth.

The carpet of outer space was dark except for speckles of bright dots that decorated its vast cloak. It was indeed an irony that much of the light and noise originated from the darkness and silence of this final frontier.

A circular belt of asteroids split up our humble solar system into two separate zones. The size of these extra-terrestrial rocks varied so widely that the smallest ones could be a billion times tinier than their much larger brethren. They constantly hovered between their wish to float eternally in the asteroid belt and the wish to leave the belt; reluctantly following the will of the Sun they orbit. Those who followed the Sun's will ended up consumed by its fiery surface or meet their final moments on planets that orbited the same glowing mass of fire, at times killing its inhabitants.

Like a bolt out of the black, strange lights blinked in the distance. Amongst the space dust, twelve strange objects encrusted in rock flew through the interstellar fog. Perhaps they were newcomers, stray asteroids from a neighboring system, hoping to join another asteroid belt? Or were they followers of the Sun too?

Despite their rocky outer coat, they were not asteroids! Like a chocolate - coated nugget, rock was merely just an outer layer. Space debris caked the surface of these bizarre objects but failed to conceal the metallic layer beneath the rock.

Spewing from the back of these strange objects was a glowing bluish white mass of heat and glowing particles; so hot that the rocks near the posterior of these strange objects were glowing in the same hues as well. Propelled by the intense heat, these strange objects headed for the asteroid belt. They cleverly navigated at break neck speed through the labyrinthine asteroid mazes, as though they were alive. Anything that stood in their way was pushed aside or even smashed to smithereens by their lasers.

The rock-coated metallic meteors got past the asteroid belt like it was an easy obstacle in a game. Riding on the heat from their backs, they picked up speed as they got closer to a backwater planet orbiting the sun. As soon as the meteors touched the planet's oxygen rich atmosphere, the bluish heated particles behind them faded into oblivion. Instantly their rocky skins were glowing bright yellow as the air resistance grinded furiously at them.

Then more bizarrely despite landing on the same planet, the fireballs split up and landed into different parts of the planet. They landed separately onto different zones of the planets, in hope of finding something or for a more sinister purpose.

As the astrological phenomena tore a wound in the night sky, the inhabitants of planet Earth continued their self-indulgent lifestyles, ignoring the tell-tale signs of doom.

The sounds of untamed wildness and loud music deafened any conversations spoken at a luxurious villa by the. Apparently, it was the birthday party of a celebrity and she had thrown a party for her friends in her luxurious mansion to celebrate her coming of age. To avoid invasions to her privacy, her loyal bodyguards stood vigilant at her mansion’s gates to fend off any outsiders from invading the mansion and the privacy of their client, especially "specialized hunters" called reporters looking for some scoops for the morning papers.

Looks good so far, I hope it won't be an exact mirror of the movie though.

Sounds a LOT like a mirror of the movie in that intro.

Still, it'll be interesting. Though disguise was never an element of Beast Wars aside from Energon Shielding.

Yeah especially the part about the asteroids but like I was saying "I hope". But Tekno brings up a good point, BW disguise was more purposeful also in this case with humans, if the animals are ordinary enough they should be able to blend in no problem.

But they'd have to be ORDINARY animals.

Like squirrels and wasps and raccoons and stuff.

A gorilla, rhino, cheetah, velociraptor, T-Rex, and a Pteranodon won't really fit in if this is in North America and outside a zoo.

I remember reading ttyo's original plan that the Maximals would be more able to blend into settings like Dogs, etc. Not sure if its the same anymore but yea the obvious the extinct or untamed creatures will stick out like a sore thumb.
