Uh, puppet? And weird giant gloves that obscure and distract?

Anywhodowninwhoville, this actually doesn't look bad. Big, nice detail. The spaces in parts bug, but nothing else really does. Better than Opticalmess Prime. I just got Ultimate Pred for thirty men, so I will be passing regardless.

 

This guy looks really good and even that optimus looks ok I think when the movie line starts going we going to see some cool stuff in the voyagers

 

nice. so this predaking is about 10 inches?

 

Size alone is very impressive. Still not sure how I feel about the translucent plastic, but that's not enough to make me not want him.

 

The review was informative but i'm still waiting on the real showdown.. a direct comparison with Beastfire Predaking!

I am currently thinking of getting the redecos to get these larger Predaking molds.. blue Voyager Cryo, red Leader Dragotron, and new smokey Voyager Predaking.

 

I'm locked in a staring contest with my wallet atm. He's not happy about this.

I feel Beast Fire is still more accurate to the show, but if this is really going to be the same price as the Voyagers, then it's totally an upgrade.

Yeah if its slightly smaller than BF then this Voyager should have the best scale for his robot mode, I think. Somebody needs to compare them. And Cryo is drop dead gorgeous!  

 

This was entertaining. I might have to pick up this new Cyberverse Voyager.

 

He's about 9.25 inches from his feet to the spike on the top of his head.

I skipped the original voyager but this looks waaaaaay better to me and I can't get over just how much bigger he is. The details on this thing are just incredible! Definitely more than just an upscaled cyberverse figure, it almost looks nothing like it!

 

This would be the version to get if it's neck could move, it had light up fire breath and made a roaring sound with a push of a button.

The arms look terrible with the hollow bits not being closed up at all. Same with optimus. The size is awesome though. If they stick with simpler figures for aoe but keep em big and with good paint apps I wont mind this trend.

 

Not quite the same, as I've bought both in the same day (and boy, here in Brazil they're quite expensive at retail. I'm not kidding, take the values and convert from "Brazilian Real" to dollar), but I do want to pick this new one since I've seen him.

I just dig the translucend plastics, the gigantic sword and now the bigger size (He looks as big as Beast Fire from the size comparsion with the voyager in the video, but obviously the wings are far smaller). Just waiting my trip to Orlando for it!  

As for the upscaled Optimus... Well, an unexpected surprise, but still pass.

 

This guy looks awesome, but I wish he had more of a "face"... Not really sure what's going on there..

Ending my Predacon series, I look at the V2 Voyager Predaking and answer whether or not I think this group could have been/could still be a viable third alternative to the Autobots and Decepticons. Truth is, as for the toy, he was a real surprise as I didn't expect much from him to begin with.
