So I've had an order that's gone past the cancellation time and I was wondering if anyone has ever been able to cancel an order after that fact. If anyone could give me an idea that'd be great, thanks!

They may work with you but, you will probably get store credit.

What is the BBTS cancellation policy?
Products may be cancelled within 15 days of product purchase. This date is based on each individual product's purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment. No cancellations will be acepted after 15 days of the product purchase. This policy applies only to items that have not yet shipped.

Yeah that's why I'm asking if anyone has been able to do it or not. I'm past the 15 day period of purchase and am just curious if they do indeed "work" with people.

They let me cancel an item past the due date once, but it's been a while now. Send them an email and ask, it can't hurt.

When I had an item past the 15 day purchase date, I was told that they'd only take it back if I sold it to them. Of course, it was 20% less than what I was initially charged. I decided to have the item shipped anyway.

Ouch, paying for shipping twice, and being charged 20% of the item price, with nothing to shore for it? Mind if I ask what it was?

No, they didn't charge me any extra. They gave me the option to sell the item that was sitting in my Pile of Loot back to them, minus a 20% restocking fee. I chose to have the item in my POL shipped to me instead of taking the hit. I got a D-Arts Megaman X figure.

I asked them once, and they gave me store credit (I may have asked them for store credit). Probably helped that it was a sought after sold out item at the time too that was probably scooped up within an hour of it going back up on sale there.

I've done this a couple of times recently. They tend to buy it back from and you get around 80% of the item's value in store credit.

I asked to return the reissue Henkei Rodimus in exchange for store credit towards Exgraver and the rest of the hercules bots. Rodimus was way past his 15 date of purchase but they gave me a full refund. Im sure the inevitbale commitment of the other 5 bots helped that.

I'm sure having a hot item to cancel has a lot to do with it. They might not agree as easily with something that is on clearance or about to hit clearance.
