Hey all I have a question if you wouldn't mind answering. I placed an order for Leader Animated Megs who was in stock when I ordered it. Now my order says, PAID, and they took the money from my account, and the listing says the item has been paid and waiting to enter the warehouse. Now I ordered this yesterday around 4 pm CST, and I still don't have an email stating it has shipped, and have not gotten a tracking number yet, however they have charged me, when they say they don't charge you until the item is ready to ship out to you. Can someone help me make sense of this? I emailed them earlier and they have not returned it. Thanks.
Maybe something to do with the holiday they might have missed the shipping guy. They're usually pretty good about things.
yeah good luck with that..they charged my card june 30th for leader bulk head and still says it is waiting to enter the warehouse....3 days later....i think the warehouse folks are out on extended vacation....
BBTS is a very reputable company. I have never had a problem when ordering through them. Joel will probably shoot you an e before too long. Don't forget, today is the day before a holiday weekend. They always return emails ASAP and if you are really concerned, they do have a phone # you can call. Did you check "my orders" in your account? Usually that is where you'll find the tracking #.
Don't worry about it. They have to charge you to make sure your payment info is valid, then they have to get it set to ship in the warehouse and that can take a couple days. Tomorrow is also 4th of July, so they probably won't ship until Monday. It's not uncommon and they are pretty reliable.
Don't Panic. My wv3 deluxe pre-order moved to "paid" status tuesday at 8:30pm. Sometime thursday afternoon it shifted to "in warehouse" Recieved newsletter from them on wed night. Warehouse is closed on the 4th. Any order processed on wed or thur, probably won't ship till mon to wed of next week. They also are dealing with an overabundance of new product in their warehouse. Apparently hasbro & mattel have sent them so many new item over last few days that some of their system has slowed. The holiday weekend doesn't help.
Yea I keep checking under RECENT ORDERS, and click VIEW, and that is when (even to this very moment,) it says, "This order is paid and waiting to enter the warehouse." What strikes me, is I ordered it Wed. and it immediately took the money from my account, the item was listed as IN STOCK, and after I ordered it, it said the toy was SOLD OUT. The odd part though, is that their policy states that they don't charge your card until the item is ready to ship, yet I don't have a tracking number.
Well... there you go. They charged your card because your item is ready to ship. Ready to ship and actually shipped is two different things. It'll probably ship soon enough... being 4th of July and all, expect everything to get slightly delayed. If you're worried that your money was stolen, just cancel the order with them. If you're worried that your order will not ship, just cancel the order with them. Otherwise, be patient. PS. I hope you cancel the order so that I can snatch your Megatron.

whatever you do DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER!!! once it is paid and charged they do not do refunds, you will get store credit..... JUST WAIT..do not cancel the order!
Take a deep breath. I have no doubt that everything will be fine. I have made several purchases and prepurchases from them with no problems. Things are probably taking a bit because of the holiday. Your patience will be rewarded.
Which is exactly why I haven't canceled my order even though I found most of what I have ordered with them today.
Because you have to wait. There's little choice now. For me it took 2 days to go from "paid" to "in warehouse". 24 hours later (noon today) it moved to "shipped". I now have tracking number with UPS. Due to holiday & weekend, i don't know when they'll pick up item at warehouse and start it's journey. Presuming monday. You're going to have to have patience. Your order is in the system now. You're going to have to let it run it's course. You don't have many other choices. Some orders simply take longer than others. I want my wv3 deluxes now. But i'll wait it out. You can do it too.
It usually takes a couple days for my orders from them to be shipped out when they are in the "warehouse" stage. Any extra time you may have to wait is probably due to being swamped with newly arrived, heavily ordered product, coupled with the holiday weekend. If it makes you feel any better, I pre-ordered the Animated Leader Megatron from them as well and my order is still warehoused. It'll probably get shipped out by Monday or Tuesday. Weds. at the latest, judging by my past experiences with BBTS. BBTS is an awesome store. I wouldn't worry about them. HTS on the other hand...
BBTS are the best. Never had problems with them. In fact, they are replacing my Animated Soundwave, since the one i got from them had 2 left legs ... But no problems in sending me a new, without me paying anything
