BBTS just updated their site, and has both the full boxed set and the loose set up for pre-order, with an expected shipping date of the 4th.
    Full Box:
    http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS12857&mode=retail
    Loose Set:
    http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS12858&mode=retail

It’s $324.99 for the box set, and $249.99 for the loose one. It would be a hard hit to the wallet, but if this set is a must have for anyone out there, these prices are going to be better than what it’s going to go for on eBay. Plus, the quality from BBTS is the best.

They also have last year's Flamewar up for preorder for only $49.99, that's roughly 1/3 it's usual ebay price.

Interesting. Has there been official word that all the sets have been sold out? Or will there be some leftover at the TF mastercollector store?

    Ebay:
Pre-ordered the Flame War early this mourning. I've wanted to pick one up for awhile now, but the usual ebay price is wayyyy to astronomical. BBTS' price is very reasonable in comparison... and it looks as though others feel the same as the pre-order appears to be sold out already.

The Megatron/Waspinator and Laserbeak/Buzzsaw sets sold out at the show VERY early Saturday morning, before general admission people got in, and I THINK before Protoform package people got a crack at them, although it was pretty close. The loose sets of the figures from the box set sold out Saturday afternoon. The boxed sets did not sell out as they still had display ones out when the con closed, but there were a LOT of people buying boxed sets at the show, and I have to think those are getting pretty close to selling out too, much more so than last year.

Also, the t-shirts had sold out by early Saturday too. I missed out on getting one because I assumed they'd still have them.

...$325 for what amounts to 5 repaints with slight mold variation?
    I think I'll pass.

I'm camped out on BBTS to see if he puts up any Megs/Waspinators, dammit. Surely he managed to accumulate a few of the attendee-only items like years past.

well...you know how us collectors are with exclusives...e.g. Alt. Nemesis Prime. I can see the point in getting those guys for their rarity and potential future value, but they just don't do a whole lot for me as standalone toys.

Just got an e-mail from BBTS:

I'm not sure what to make of that "meaningful stock" comment. It seems to imply that they did get -some- figures, doesn't it?

In other new they have the new Alternators and Classics Deluxe Wave 2 up. Prices are a bit ouchy but that's the price of admission, I guess.

I would take that to mean the megatron, waspinator, buzzsaw, and laserbeak sets.
