Bought a ROTF Lockdown from him. When I got the package from him, it smelled like cigarette smoke. He offered to refund the whole price and let me keep the toy. Turns out the box picked up the smell in transit (and it dissipated pretty quickly), but that's some top-notch customer service! Shipping was very fast, and he was very responsive to PMs.
