This is my contribution to sector70's cancer auction

its a animated swindle painted and slightly modified to look like bay's so called transformers .
i changed the head to voyager ratchet (donated by Alphamagnus),replaced his feet with the classic dvd 2-pack OP's (OP vs Megatron) feet, made him his roof top and bummpers from sprue left overs ,super glus and lots of sanding .

casted another wheel and installed a micro switch to control his front 3 led's ,the battery is placed underneath the wheel, to the roof i also attached animated ratchet hammer and "shovel",and thier snap on attachment as their holders .

the abdomen was changed to look more like ratchets with styrene sheets .
i removed the seperation from the front window to make it "one unit" window like the hummer's front window .

the back bumper is held by 2 pins that were drilled and glued to the heels, and the front one is being help by 2 pins the are drilled on the front hood/arm covers .

i used revell enamel paint -sand -->number 16 matt
the metal parts are p2 formula thamer black ,pig iron and yellow ink.
some of the angles were painted with black wash, all the figure was covered with slovak "future".

the amazing autobox23 made me decals for this one , i'll print them and send this bastard off.

    c& c guys please

nice overall, but I think the head sticks out too much from the overall animated design

the head doesn't really mesh well with the rest of the body, somthing about it and the chest look off making ratchet appear to look like he's dwarfed.

well I personally think the head looks fine, only because what other head would look like Moive Ratchet? at least prime had a "prime" face.

Love any lighting but this just does not look good in my opinion. Maybe modifying normal Ani Ratchet may have been a better choice, but thats just my opinion

I agree. I don't know, it just doesn't hit me. That and I dislike Movie Ratchet.

I spent 3 minutes thinking how cool this was, and 7 long seconds trying to pronounce "Baynimated" in real life.

Awesome Ratchet. My only suggestion is that maybe you could use Animated Ratchet's head on it instead. Don't get me wrong, it's a great figure that looks like what movie Ratchet would in Animated, but TFA Ratchet's head is shaped like his movie counterparts, and actually fits with the Animated look
