the length some ppl go to to hate the movie. get over it. the movie ruled, you were wrong.

its not even like bay calls all the shots on the releases the film gets. hes just the friggin director. producers make the money decision. please.

Regardless of your small minded, one track opinion of this movie Conceptron, people enjoyed the film. My wife who is intelligent and has no special feeling for Transformers enjoyed it almost as much as me. I liked seeing it on the big screen and to me seeing it on an even BIGGER screen sounds even better. I was never under the impression there would be more bot scenes.

We get it, you don't like Megan Fox or Bay and think people who liked the movies were idiots. You are entitled to you opinion. Just as I am entitled to use the ignore feature.

I'm planning on going on Friday just to see Optimus Prime to scale. That's the attraction of IMAX to me at this point. One huge screen where the TFs and the detail are going to be huge, in my face and at some points in the film, to actual scale. That in and of itself is a dream come true.

I don't get the whining about the two minutes being people. Any bit that helps build on any of the chracters or action in the film is pure bonus. Expecially if it isn't going to ever get added into the DVDs.

Crappy movies don't make +670 million dollars. If TFs really sucked, it would have made 300 million minimum, 400 million tops.

Seeing it in IMAX format is a good enough reason (for me) to spend the extra money.

I'm gonna have to call "BULLSHIT" on that.

And then remind you that Titanic and Independence Day made even more money.

And I am going to call "BULLSHIT" on you because clearly you believe those two movies to be crap. However, I(and many others) would digress.

The bottom line people, is opinion is opinion, and like assholes, everyone has one.
Clearly the vast majority of public opinion is that Transformers was an awesome movie, as reflected in its gross income worldwide. Clearly the public also enjoyed Independence Day and Titanic.
As for Conceptron, clearly he doesnt like Transformers(2007) and thats fine. He, like many of us, just needs to learn to not be an ass about his opinion.

But would anyone in their right mind call "Independece Day" or "Phantom Menace" GOOD? I don't think so!

    Entertaining crap =/= good.

Although I really can't consider either ID4 or Phantom Menace even remotely entertaining...at least it wasn't quite so brain pain-inducing as Holiday Special, though.
