I honestly would not be surprised if Roddy, Cogman and the McLaren were their own little Autobot brigade, hiding out in England. All of them have English license plates, while the other Bots do not. We've seen filmed scenes of Hopkins with Cogman and the McLaren, and I have a feeling Roddy has probably also been with him. I wonder if all three took refuge with Hopkins character to avoid the aholes of Cemetary Wind and their new international squad of murderers. I also wouldn't be surprised if those old military vehicles were old guardians and/or seekers also taking refuge.

The red McLaren is an Autobot or at least friends to the Autobots. The reason I say friend is because it looks like Anthony Hopkins has a few different TFs that seem to be (with him) may be Bots but may not be. And may be other TFs that are his personal "Frinds".
