If the Deadpool writers are behind that "6 Underground" thing, then if it's anything remotely similar then I think Bay is going to find a good fit there.

I know the majority of the fanbase hates his guts but I wish him well on his new endeavors...so long as he never comes back to Transformers.

I imagine Bay SFM ragdolling off into the sky as Gmod NPCs wave him off.

I'm glad he's gone, and that's not some backhanded remark. I think it's time we all moved forward with this series.

Spielberg is one of the reasons the first film was loved so much, wish Bay luck in all his endeavors. The good he did for this franchise far outweighs the bad.

Bay is gonna do a robot movie?

    Wow- imagine that!
Too bad he's not helming any more Bad Boys in the foreseeable future.

He has been wanting to do other things for a while now so the shake up at Paramount gives him a chance to move on. Now if some producers would just move on as well.

After watching 13 Hours, I could tell Bay wanted to move on from Transformers. That, and the fact that he publicly stated the Dinobots would never show up in his films around the time ROTF was being released. I even remember that newspost from this very site! Glad he is finally allowed to do something else that he (hopefully) wants to do.

I appreciate the Transformers movies he made for what they are, despite their flaws (and Bay-isms...), so I'll wish Mr. Bay good luck in his future endeavors, and hope we can get some new directing talent for Transformers in the future, whether they reboot or continue the current line of movies.
