Take note Hasbro, updated Duocons could be done at a deluxe price point. 2 vehicles, 1 robot (the opposite of the Ice Cream Twins).

Amazing paint job and very creative with the parts! I hated the idea of duocons when they first came out, but if they woulda been anything like this then I woulda bought one.
Amazing and inspirational work as always, man. I always thought that the duocons needed a little more attention; it was a great concept in theory, though a lot was left to be desired in the way of articulation. But they still combined, so they deserve a little TF street cred. Anywho, your execution and design quality continue to motivate me to get my customs done and finished and put up on here for some c&c. Thumbs way up, and keep the good work a comin'.
This is a really awesome version of a 'bot that doesn't get enough attention. Your paint job is superb, and the creativity involved with merging these two...well...it's just a really good job...
how'd you get the head to stay on there? does that part parts-form, or did you work out a way for the little head mount on the helicopter to swing back all of the way?
Thanks alot for the kind words guys No parts forming,i used a ball joint & socket from HFTD Insecticon that swings right back. Back when the PCC were first announced i kind of assumed they were going to be Duocons Redux LOL Here's a pic of when i first did it Cheers It's just a groove,you have to be really carefull to file it to just the right size so that the 2 lugs on either side of the copters cockpit slide in Coming from one of the finest painters around that means alot,thanks dude.
I second this. Battletrap looks phenominal!!! Great use of existing molds. Seeing this custom brightened up a dull day at work today
