Hehe, I'm one of those who keep buying those Bees. I don't have this mold yet so I'm pretty excited about it, just glad I did not get Battle Ops Bee.  

 

Just looked at the link for where these pictures came from.

Given that gold BB was expected to be a HongKong exclusive and these pictures are on what appears to be a HK website even though the costco exclusive supposedly could be out as soon as this week-

I'm wondering if somebody jumped the gun here?

I wouldn't count on this being the same one we see here in the US until someone either sees one in stores, or sees something official saying it will be the gold version at costco.

If these things were within a week of being on shelves at costco, wouldn't you think a few would have made their way to ebay?

Don't get me wrong, I do hope it shows up at costco- I'm just not sure that's where things are pointing.

 

So one post of some random guy makes you doubt that this might not be a Costco exclusive? As I said earlier, Costco has had "Black Friday" promotions for years now and HK-TF has been reliable on advance US releases. There has been many figures that made it's way to Asian newsboards before it reached eBay. But unlike the "Challenge at Cybertron" set, There is strong confirmation from Hasbro that this will be released at Costco. But then again, this could be a test package for future release somewhere else.

 

This is the whole reason I signed up for a Costco membership in the first place!
