    Hey Gang,

This is a battled damaged and heavily weathered Buster Optimus Prime.

Multi-tone weathering, real "battle damage" (bullet holes, laser slashes, dings), mud and grass textured effects.

No major modifications except the addition of an ammo belt for the Buster Canon.

It is sort of a prelude to a custom battle damaged transformable Power Up Prime.

Nice! I would be too scared to do this to a Buster Optimus Prime :lol
But you nailed the battle damage! It really looks like he's been through quite a tussle with Decepticons! I love this!

    Awesome battle damage work. :thumb

I'd recommend going to town with some black washes. The robot parts look a little bit too chrome/bright silver to be consistent with the battle damage theme.

wow, what'd he do to you to piss ya off so bad? :D  Looks great man, I agree with some washes to dirty him up a bit more though, too. The silver bot parts are still to shiny. I never liked silver on him anyway, I like steel instead. :D

SUPER realistic! All the details are perfect. Personally, I think the steel color looks fine as is. Yeah, you got darken it a bit more, and it'd probably look good that way too. But either way, this is an awesome job. :)
